What's going on at the Telecentre Leaders Forum? This is the second day of TLF sessions and the participants have been working on the strengthening and future visioning of the movement. Yacine Khelladi, one of the participants (who is one of the telecentre networks leaders in the Caribbean) talks about the sessions and their work on a collaborative "cookbook" for Telecentre networks.
