How to be a great moderator (and panellist!)Posted August 28th, 2007 by lenazunGuy Kawasaki, software entrepreneur, posted some advice last year on "How to be a Great Moderator", based on his experience on technology and business conferences. He seems to be against the use of Power Point or video aids during panels, and encourages to get the audience involved. What do you think? He also has some good advice for panel speakers, including "entertain, and not just inform" and "be plain, simple and short". Is that also good practice in your experience? Reply |
