    Interview with Silvia Cadena from WI-LAC

    Silvia Cadena is the organiser behind Wi-LAC, a network, of wireless technology for development in Latin America and the Caribbean.

    Their work is dedicated to the design, implementation and deployment of community wireless networks using afforddable components and creating sustainable models for rural community access to the Internet.

    In this interview, Silvia talks about their work in Latin America, the opportunities and applications of wireless networks for communities and the most important challenges that they face in terms of policy and implementation.
